I’m Steve. I like figuring things out.
I’ve spent my career in automotive technology, product management, software, CRM, integrations, and the messy space between how technology is supposed to work and how people actually use it.
THE SHORT VERSION
A practical person for complicated problems.
That experience led to an unusual consulting practice. Companies call when they need someone who understands automotive, technology, and product. Individuals call when their computer, accounts, or other technology are making life harder than it needs to be.
Those problems are more similar than they sound. I listen, ask questions, sort the signal from the noise, and work toward an answer that actually helps.
